I am pleased to say that this date is officially confirmed! You are all free to book your flights, request off of work, and whatever else you need to do to ensure your presence at this event!

Fort Rapids VI was awesome and all and I am extremely pleased with how it turned out. Now, the focus is is here, and I have plans to make this event EVEN better this time around. More on that to come in the future, but for now, I will leave you all with the hotel booking information you need to make your reservations! (Rules/regulations/songpack/etc can be found at the very bottom link.)

HOTEL INFORMATION:

To book a hotel room, call Fort Rapids for reservations at 1-877-337-7527 or 614-868-1380. Mention the you are booking under the group name: "In The Groove Tournament 7" to receive your discount, which comprises of:
---Standard rooms (for FRVII attendees) with two queen beds or one king with a sleeper sofa at $79.00 with no water park passes. (NOTE: All rates are subject to current city and state taxes of 6.75% and current occupancy tax of 10.00%.)
---Option for $15.00 Water Park Day Pass.
---Every Room will coupons exclusive to the ITG Tournament.
---Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. Also, when you book, you will be charged ONE night's room and tax.
-Friday and Saturday, there will be an "ITG Happy Hour" from 5pm-8pm at the bar!

VERY IMPORTANT: If we book 50 rooms, (that's 25 each for Friday and Saturday), we will get the conference room for free for the entire weekend. We are bringing our own machines this year, so the arcade is not an option if we do not reach this 50 room milestone. Simply put: if you do not book, we will not have a free conference room to host this in! PLEASE BOOK YOUR ROOMS AND TIME AND DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE!!
